Fan speed control from temperature sensors

I'm looking for a gadget where I set the preferred temperature for each of a
couple of probes in the PC case and then all the while the temperature is
below that limit the controlled fans are either off or just ticking over,
and then their speed increases once the temperature exceeds the limit.
Easy. The trouble is I cant seem to find an (ideally 5.25") panel that does
it. There's loads that measure temperature, loads that have lots of
(sometimes garishly lit) knobs to vary the speed, and other gimmicks such as
volume control and integral card readers but none that automatically link
the temperature sensor to the fan speed - or is there ...?
