Appreciate some help, have Millenium ME and screen has frozen on "It is now
safe to turn off your computer". However, computer won't turn off or turn on.
Tried C/Alt/Delete, and holding down turn on button for 10 secs. No luck.
Appreciate any tips. Thanks.

Maybe the on/off button is faulty.

What happens if you switch off (and on again!) at your power socket (pull
the plug)?

> "It is now safe to turn off your computer"

requires a "Power Down". C-A-D will not cause any response when that message
is showing.
