BTW I am not feeling to good about the ASUS Motherboard so if you have any suggestions be sure to comment them.

I would not build an AMD based build w/ budget over $800 .... not in video editing anyway

$285 for ASUS P8Z77-V LK and 3570k .... a big step up for $18 bucks
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1270852

You don't need a hyper 212 if not overclocking

$155 for Fractal and Seasonic 620 ?
Corsair 500R and TX650 is $190 - $40 in MIR and $30 in promos = $120 ... $35 cheaper and a big step up
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1278878
$10 off w/ promo code EMCXSVR23, ends 5/1
$20 off w/ promo code TECH4LESS10, ends 4/29

RAM is a bit slow

Video Editing and AMD GFX ? No CUDA.... lot of video editing programs use CUDA acceleration. So I'd take the 660 Ti for the same price.

The WD Black is what ya'd want for video

Swapped out the 7870 for a GTX 660TI - for video editing you'll benefit from the CUDA and Phys X instructions. Changed the motherboard and CPU. Better case and power supply.
