I installed this mother board with the AMD 1600 cpu, I turn on the PC
and hear to Beeps then nothing. What are the two beeps telling me?

It's telling you that the mainboard does not recognize the RAM that you have
installed. This probably means you forgot to install memory, or that the
memory you did install is incompatible with the motherboard. -Dave

In actual fact I think it's telling you that it needs the memory in the
first slot so that it can be borrowed by the video card. Try it in the other
end slot.
