No, since you appear to have quite rightly installed the latest version of
the 891711 critical security hotfix to help reduce your PC's vulnerability
to unwanted third party assault. See MS KB891711 - "MS05-002:
Vulnerability in cursor and icon format handling could allow remote code
execution" (http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=891711) for more details of
this hotfix.
