What is the difference between WIRELESS and BLUTOOTH?

A lot :) Wireless has a much further range, is a lot faster and tends to be
typically used for networking computers together. Bluetooth is used for
connecting other devices like mobile phones. Think of Bluetooth as a sort of
wireless USB, not quite accurate but gives you the basic idea. Bluetooth is
designed to be cheap and small for use in mobile devices.

WiFi..designed for ranges up to around 1800ft (or so they claim) and
speeds now around 100MBit.
