I want to know where/how to update the version of windows
being run on my Toshiba pocket pc. Currently it is
Version 3.0.11171

I have a program that requires version 4.0, so I need to
upgrade to that. Thanks all for the help.

Depending on the model of Toshiba you have, there may or may not be an
update available for you. I would check with Toshiba or on the
CEWindows.Net website (http://cewindows.net). Chris has a great run down of
all of the PPCs and the available upgrades for them.
