I posted this question earlier but in the wrong forum. Duh! Now, I use the
Click-N-Ship feature to print mailing labels and until the last month or so
had no problems doing so. Now I am unable to print labels from the USPS
site. I use both IE6 and Mozilla, and have Adobe 6. I'd appreciate any
pointers or suggestions. Thanks.

Tried "Click'n'Ship"'s Forums or Troubleshooting FAQ ?

I guess you are refering to the USPS website FAQ and I have looked there.
All they suggest is to be sure that Adobe is the current version. I even
E-mailed them and got the same response. If you are refering to a forum on
this page I did not know one existed.

What I am looking for is someone on this site who may have run into the same
problem, since I am also using Windows ME, and if they have to chime in with
their solutions. From your responses it looks as if you havn't a clue. It
is not a matter of telling 'my customers' anything. I don't have customers,
I use the application for the occasional label.
For your edification, there are no error messages. Everything just stops,
no information exchange between my PC and the USPS site.
So, if you have nothing useful to add I would tactfully suggest that you
keep your fingers away from the keyboard.

Nope!! Phone UPS and ask them. Your previous snarky post doesn't get you
any advice from most on here. Bad move on your part, wasn't it.
Try using a pen, a crayon or even a typewriter....remember those things??

Thank you Heather. You havn't seen this type of problem if I understand your
'Nope!!' answer. That is what I am looking for, input on problems printing
labels using Windows ME and the USPS Click-N-Ship application that others may
have experienced.
Snarky: Irritable or short-tempered; irascible. They all do indeed apply.
