HP PSC 750 Paper Jam error message

Hi
I have a 1 year old HP PSC 750 it has been OK until now. I keep getting the
error message "Paper Jam", I have thoroughly examined the machine even holding
it at several angles and shaking it but there is no paper jam. I have also
lightly oiled the carriage bar as this works getting my old Epson going. The
message was once a week and a quick shake got it going again, then it was once
a day and now the "Paper Jam" message is on all the time. Any ideas or is it
heading for the rubbish bin?
