FSUIPC for use with FS Boarding

I downloaded FS Boarding from AVSIM and am trying to get it to work. The
readme file states that FSUIPC 1.998e or later is needed. I did a search on
my system and apparently do not have what is needed. The question is where
do I go to get the necessary files.

I have now FSUIPC Ver 3.45. I have FSBoarding Ver 2.1 which was released
earlier for FS2002 but it is not running properly with FS2004. Does anyone
know if this version will also run on FS2004? If so, what exactly does one
have to do in setting up FS as well as FSBoarding so that the program will
run as it should? If FSBoarding was never updated to run with FS2004, does
anyone know of another utility that will simulate the boarding of passengers
onto the plane?
