Working on daughters system. Using the Western Digital provided utility
I copied her old drive to a new drive. Everything seems to work except
for sound. Motherboard has onboard sound card. Reinstalled the audio
drivers from the disc. Still no sound. What's left?

FWIW sound plays perfectly from the Linux partition.

Disregard. Used the online drivers update feature. That worked.

START / Control Panel / Sounds & Audio Devices / Volume / Advanced. Then
unmute anything that is muted.
