Installation after mobo out

Hi,

I have the home built system working fine with win 7 ultimate 64 bit installation.
but when one of my memory slot did not work.
I took apart all the part sent it to ASUS for repair.
I am using ASUS Sabertooth 55i and intel i5 750.

question is

when I put back the system again, do I have to installed the operating system again.
I am using win 7 ultimate with 64 bit.
also, I have two HD with operating system and one storage.

You shouldn't have to install the operating system again.

Thanks I installed everything but I see MEM OK red light.

and nothing being posted on screen.
