Desktop Window Manager problem

Ive got a problem with my aero, It turns off after a couple of seconds on power up.

Getting a massage that Desktop Window Manager is disabled, while its started in services.

Event viewer shows error message : (0x88980406).

I installed 32 bit windows 7, ande aero runs fine.. maybe this helps.
I even changed my motherboard.
