My pc is not starting up anymore. I can hear it but there is no
screenoutput. After testing all the components it seems that the motherboard
is not working anymore. Can I just buy a new motherboard and attach all the
components that were attached to the old motherboard(HDs, DVD-player,
networkcard etc...) to this new motherboard or is that impossible?

That's absolutely possible. You may want to check for the latest BIOS
and chipset drivers online after you install the new board. Good luck!
