I have a Winnt4 domain with DHCP servers. I have users plugging their home
PCs in the network but logging in only to their location station - not the
domain. Yet my DHCP is issuing them an IP address. Can I prevent this? I do
not want them to have an IP from my DHCP server.

You cannot prevent this unless you use client reservations with MAC
addresses. This is the nature of DHCP. There are some 3rd party apps that
can help, one I believe is called MetaIp.
