Need recommendations for Password Manager app in XP

The only one I can think of, is the Password manager in the Norton Utilities.
Are you trying to get rid of a password ?

How on earth would we know? This is a Windows XP group. Why don't you try
asking the developer?

And what manufacturer should he ask? He's trying to *find* a manufaturer.
