Hi
I have Epson c20ux printer (USB).
Since I change the color cartridge I noticed, it does not print any RED
color anymore.
I changed it with two other cartridges but no luck. Even the NOZZLE check
don't print any red. I have reinstall the drivers.
Any idea why?

Your Red (magenta?) nozzle is plugged.
Try the "Clean Nozzle" utility a few times to see if this unplugs the
nozzle.
