Will it fit- Zalman-Asus-Sonata?

In preparing to build my next (and first) PC, I have been reviewing the
specs for various components. In particular, I would like to have: An Antec
Sonata case, an ASUS P5AD2-E-Premium MB and a LGA 775 Pentium 4 640 3.2 GHz
CPU cooled by a Zalman CNPS7700.
At the Zalman site, there are warnings about tolerances of this apparently
huge cooling system and the MB and case. Does anyone know if the
combination will fit without having to bend or modify anything? On the
Antec site, it says that "3.0 GHz Northwood Compatible". Does this mean it
will also work with 3.2 GHz?

TIA,

Paolo

The problem with these is that it can be virtually impossible to tell
whether they will fit without trying them. One issue is that it may
touch tall capacitors near the CPU socket, although on my board I don't
get this problem. To get a yes/no answer you'll need somebody with the
same hardware.

My computer's got an Abit KD7 and an AOpen H600A case. My flower
touches the PSU casing. It's not enough to cause a problem though, the
outer fin is bent by around 1-2mm (yes, hardly anything).
