Is there a way to allow ALL user that are able to
authenticate against a domain to have administrator
rights to there local desktop with XP Professional? This
location has no on site IT support, new users are added
to the server remotely and they need admin right to there
local box. Thx's for any advice in advance !!!

Add the domain account to the local administrator
account in computer management / local users and
groups / groups.
