OK - after all the biting, cruel, insensitive, hyper-critical, mean,
disparaging, ugly, judgmental, scornful, disapproving, unfavorable,
censorious, and not very nice comments about my compressing the last batch
of screenies - even if it was TRUE - here's MORE!! But nicer.. d:->))

I tell ya, the more I use Megascenery PNW, the more I like it!! It has some
warts, hey, turn around, look in the mirror, but - it does a pretty neat
job, unless you want to crop dust..... Here's some shots where I took off
from Astoria, ActiveSky weather on, and flew to Yakima, passed over
Longview, then past Mt St Helens (NOTE: I set the date at May 19th, 1980 to
see if it might show the eruption - it don"t :-<), but it was nearly socked
in anyway (as it really was today!) so would have had to clear the real
weather to get a good view, then on past Mt Adams to Yakima... The shots
showing the borders between m/s default and Megascenery is pretty convincing
to me which is closer to RL! Neither is perfect, but, even with the
blurries down low, Megascenery is closest for general use...Want to fly low,
disable it, but you got to have it to enjoy it with some altitude/atitude!!
IMHO........

I tried to set up photobucket, but apparently they're off Sundays.....

All shots have their own captions...

That's better. After what you did to MegaScenery's marketing department
they put out a hit on you.

Very nice pics Don,
I am sure you will get a lot of pleasure from that scenery. I hope you will
show us yourself landing on Mt Adams in a microlite!

Hey Crash, it may not make any difference, but you may want to try May
18th. It blew that Sunday morning..... [:0)

Or right in the cauldron of St. Helens. You could park next to Melissa :)

No not at all. I was just thinking how lonely Melissa's plane looked sitting up there all this time. Perhaps she
should open up an airport up there :) Of course a week later a McDonalds will follow and then a Wal-Mart. And where
there's pilots there's always a beer depot :)
