I've written an application for Pocket PC. The application was written as a
VB.net smart device project in Visual Studio.Net 2003.

I need to create a web page so that it can be downloaded to Pocket PC. I
created the cab files using the Buildcab wizard.

But then what? Do I need to create a setup.exe? And what esle?
