Why does cabinet error comes office 2007 windows 7

have encounted with this error of .cab while installing office 2007&2010 in windows 7.
have bought new assemble computer i3 processor with 2 gb ram.

If this is a legal copy of office, redownload the install files or exchange it for another copy at the place you purchased it.
