How do you remove a virtual C/P from an aircraft?

Alot of aircraft come with a Virtual Cockpit version and a Non-Virtual
Cockpit version. It's actually built into the aircraft model itself.

Maybe the original poster can clarify whether he intented "virtual C/P" to be "virtual cockpit" or
"Virtual Co-Pilot", as in the the automated V-speed callout guy. That's usually done by a gauge file,
ant it's pretty easy to remove the offending gauge from the panel.cfg.
