Use adaptec EZ cdcreator. Just double click on the ISO and voila!

Blah, Blah Blahh, Blahh, blahh blah blahh, blah blah.

Actually, the latest version of Easy CD Creator is not from Adaptec anymore but from Roxio which bought the program and is at version 5.0 Platinum. I have tried it already burning the 4 ISO discs of RH Linux 7.1 and with great ease!!

Get a new Cd-burning program. EZ cd creater as was mentioned before is good, but also Nero is good too. I like it better in fact. And I believe its cheaper (if you like to pay for your software).

Check out Roxio for the latest driver and software updates to win on CD, also the FAQ there will tell you how to burn ISO images using win on CD.
Took me a while but I found it there for the very reason you are looking.

Actually, I find the cygwin port of cdrecord to be the most stable and best burning software in 'doze. It's not the easiest to use cause U actually have type in the commands ;)

First, something like:

c:\cdrecord -scanbus

That will show what device your burner is. Then:

c:\cdrecord dev=0,6,0 -v speed=8 -dao redhat7.1.iso

dev= and speed= may vary of course for U

c:\cdrecord | more

will show U a list of all options (pretty long)
