If you are talking about the OS section of ROM the general answer is that you can't. If you are talking about the "Safe Storage" use pfile explorer and you will see a "root" folder with a name that refects the above. The system files (i.e. \windows) is actually a ghost of the rom section along side of ram files... the files appear to be in RAM but are in ROM and cannot be deleted or copied.
