"Enter network password" prompt, removal of Office 2000 di..

I recently installed Office 2003 and I keep getting the "enter network
password' prompt. I have disabled the network in the control panel, 'network
places' but it still pops up.

I also found the old Office 2000 disk2 in the program files and removed it.
I set a restore point before doing so, in case this caused any problems in
Office 2003. So far, so good. Was this a good move or should I restore.
