Can I just load W2K Pro (not server) on STL2?

If purchasing a dual chip motherboard, the Intel STL2 is quite
affordable (used) these days. I wonder if I might just load Windows
2000 Pro, non-server version on this motherboard? If this is
possible, can W2k Pro support SMP?
