Is there a procedure for setting up MUD (Master User
Domain) on Windows NT ?

Are you talking about a Resource Domain? Basically it is just based on the
direction of the Trusts involved. So that Users in one domain can access the
other domain(Resource) but the users in the Resource Domain have no access
to the 'other' domain. This is considered a One Way Trust.
