problem:
When the administrator try to log in locally, Windows NT immediately logs
him out and the original login screen (CTRL+ALT+DEL) is back.

question:
How can i log in to that Win NT?

This is usually an indication of permissions being
screwed up on the %systemdirectory% or the
profile directory. Try to map to the admin shar
C$ and check the NTFS permissions.
