Just bought a new laptop with dvdrw and after all attempt to burn anything
on a dvd-r disc is imposible. i did mange to burn a cd data disk. below is
the log file if any one can help thanks. or am i just a dummy?

I suggest you call the manufacture of the machine, also you need burning
software.

take the machine to where you bought it and ask them to burn one. You may
not be using a compatible media.

What are you trying to burn to DVD? Are you trying to copy a DVD? That
takes special software.

Do you have the right kind of disks for your drive? Many DVDRW drives
are picky about what kind of blank media you use.

Thank You for all your help. It was the media. That is real funny b/c on
videohelp.com it shows that my dvdrw will use just about every or any media
available. I guess you are right, they are very picky.

I was using JVC DVD-R and did not work but using nero it saw that the disc
was blank. I finally got my dvdrw to work with "IMATION DVD+R" this brand
has never let me down.
