I'm trying to add a remote computer running 2000 to our NT
network domain. When I try to add them to the domain
either through the network ID wizard or the properites
button, I get the error message, "The Domain is not valid
or does not exist." Trying to get these remote computers
hooked up to access VPN.

Why is this coming up and what can I do to resolve the
issue? Please HELP!

Thanks,
J

Make sure the W2k machine is pointing towards your
WINS server on the remote domain. If you are not
running WINS you'll need lmhosts files.
