Which software to backup Re-Directed "My Documents" folders?

Hi there.

Have re-directed users My Documents to a share on our 2003 Server using Group
Policy. We kept the default option for privacy reasons, so Administrator cannot
view these files. Aministrator can take ownership, but that kills the magic of
the re-direct.

We sheduled backups using MS Backup, but for some reason, the backups never even
start. Scheduled backups stopped happening, even though the calender still
showed jobs. Are MCSE contractor couldn't figure it out, so we looked elsewhere
for software.

We moved to alternative software: AlmerBackup Pro. However, Almerbackup cannot
access any of these "My redirected Documents" files at a system level, because
of the default privacy security settings on the folders and files.

What 3rd party backup tool will allow me to access these files, and schdule a
backup of them to a share on another server? i.e. using Domain Administrator
password to obtain access the share on other server, but access the files at
system security level to get access to them?
