Access particular Website

Hello,
As a NT DOMAIN Administrator I can view this website
www.thresholdpartners.com/webmail but other users of
DOMAIN are not able to view it.
We have the ususal setup a firewall, proxy server, Domain.
What could be the reason for this?

Without knowing the exact error your users are
experiencing when they attempt to browse to that
location it would be hard to advise. I can tell you
that I can view the page.
