MSN Gaming Zone problems

I am a newbie =>

I load MSN Gaming Zone. Log in Joint a FS2004 gaming session.

FS200 then loads. I am finally in. I don't touch a thing after about a
mintute a box pops up saying "loading traffic" and I am out of the session.
And when I go back to the game I see a box that reads:

"We have paused your connection to the Zone while you were playing. Press
the Resume button to return to the zone"

I am at a loss as to what to do?

Any suggestions.
