Intel fortran compiler free download for windows 64bit

Hello,
recently, i have writen my .f code in fortran 95.
now, i am in dire need of consistent software to compile and link my code to ANSYS...
in fact, i don't know what version of visual studio and .net framework and intel fortran compiler are compatible...
i am using a windows 7, 64 bit os.
please help me...
