SATA+IDE Raid(nub)?

I just ordered a 74GB Raptor and was wondering if I could still use my old IDE 160 gig in a RAID setup. I have a 160 external USB drive aswell, so the old drive can go in my Xbox if anything. I read the sticky, but I have the attention span of a monkey so.. yeah.

I bought the 10k for performance, so if it is possible but slows my Raptor down, I'd rather not do it. Any insight it appreciated.

It is possible with software RAID, since no RAID cards have two types of interface, but RAID 0 would only be as fast as two of the slowest drives, with capacity being only double the smallest drive...
Stupid RAID option for those drives, buy a mate to one or the other drives if you must RAID...
