Just looking for a second opinion or two, and making sure I haven't overlooked something obvious. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Basically have about $1,000 to spend on this upgrade, it's gonna be for home use, gaming and whatnot. I will probably get better ram later on but for now I think this shouldn't slow me down too much. I could probably save on the case and the mobo, but I like asus support for the most part. Not overly attached to the case, so I'm still looking around. Again and suggestions would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
