mATX Motherboard

I plan on building a cube like PC. Can anybody recommend a good mATX motherboard that will work with dual core AMD X2 processors? Which is better? Nforce 4 or 6100?

I have a 6150 board here that seems to have a few advantages over a similar nForce 4 board, the chipset runs cooler, overclocks better, and increases performance slightly.

Although it has some fairly crappy onboard video it also has a PCI-Express x16 graphics card slot, the Foxconn WinFast 6150K8MA-8EKRS2. I'm sure there are other 6150 boards with similar performance and possibly better features.
