I have a Gigabyte GA-7S748 motherboard. It has no agp lock, so when i raise the frequency too high, it causes my video to go blank. Is there a way to solder a resistor or make a homemade agp lock for this?

I wouldn't be too sure if this was a wise move. Don't even think its possible ???

Best bet.. change Mobo for a more stable OC friendly board... ie with AGP Lock.

No way that I know of... outside of buying a mobo with a working lock.
