Task scheduler

I need to schedule a task on my computer and don't want to
have to use at.exe to do it. I have service pack 6a, and
ie6 sp1 installed, but I cannot find mstask.exe on my
computer nor to i have a scheduled task folder under my
computer. Can anybody help me?
