We have a client restaurant with several office machines, many POS terminals,
and upto 21 Symbol handhelds. They are getting the appropriate number of
CAL's for the Small Business Server but we are wondering about login, domain,
and Active Directory integration for the handhelds. What sort of issues are
we going to have? Do the handhelds just use client-server applications
(being general non-app. specific) and authenticate like any other user, they
login and voila? Or, is there some other process that we need to do?

Yes when you go to use something like a network share you get a login prompt
for username, password and domain and then you're in.
