Can anyone please show me a screenshot or an example ([picture])
on how I can see the seperate processors working , on a dual core within Windows .

And I want to know if it is or is not controlable , meaning switching software from one processor to the other

USe taskmangage, process tab, then right click process and set affinity to Proc 1 or two...
