HI,

WE ARE USING DLT DRIVE FOR BACKUP. WHEN I TAKE BACKUP OF
SQL THROUGH ENTERPRISE MANAGER IT WORKS, BUT WHEN I WANT
TO TAKE O/S LEVEL BACKUP IT FAILS AND GIVES THE FOLLOWING
ERRORS.

EXTRACTS OF EVENTS

The Driver detected a controller error on | device | SCSI
port 0 ERROR-ID 11
-- Source aic 78 xx

The Device \device\tape1 is not ready for access
yet ERROR-ID 15
-- bnch tape

The Device \device\SCSI port 0, did not respond with in
time out period ERROR-ID 11

-- aic78xx.

I WILL BE GRATEFUL, IF ANYBODY HELP ME TO RESOLVE THIS
ISSUE

THANKS

SUNDARESH
