Error: File system structure on the disk is corrupt

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsnt.misc (More info?)

When I log on windows NT server I got this message. I
checked event log (the Event ID: 41). Itried to check disk
utility it said the windows NT unable to check.
Please help me out I will realy appreciate.

Hi Mac,

I found the following KB article which says that it is a wrong msg
Chkdsk Reports an Erroneous Event ID 41 :

Also chk this out , if u can throw more light on the Error msg like source
and other stuff it will be helpful to troubleshoot
