NEw Heatsink

Im changing my motherboard and i need a heatsink to go with it (LGA775 P4 2.8Ghz HT) I want the best or close to best if possible

im not looking to go into the water cooling...

If it matters ill be getting the Asus P5GDC Deluxe Intel 915P Chipset DDR/DDR 2 w/8-Ch Audio,IEEE 1394a,GB Lan,PCI-E X1, PCI-E X16
