Glad I could help - great PSU for that price! I wonder how long that rebate will be good? [/shrug] Newegg is making a move on PSU pricing right now. They have been slashing their prices on PSUs for the past few weeks. I think that ZZF has been squeezing them - especially with so many free 2nd day shipping deals...

NewEgg has two SLI ready TruePower 550 PSU's, the one I bought was 89 bucks and was model II, the other is 99 bucks and model 2.

What is the difference?

The TP2 is the EPS12V compliant version - basically the same PSU, but the TP2 is for workstation applications. It should work with a standard desktop, but it's designed for workstations.
