pci fan cards

Hey everyone, I have a coolermaster wavemaster. it has 2 80mm intake fans at the front and an exhaust 80mm fan at the back. It is not cooling enough. I can add another intake at the top instead of the I/O hub but I would rather have another solution. what do you think of pci fan cards? is the vantec one any good? anyone have any sugestions?

I have an athlon 64 4000+ and a 7800 gtx running at stock

they are pretty much usless, 2 80mm intake and 1 80mm outake is relatively good, make sure your heatsink is a real performer! and those pci fans are just junk.... money is better spent burning cuz at least it satisfies you!
