Hi,
IS THIS TRUE THAT SOME HARDWARES HAVE DISCRIMINATION FOR CPU?
I have heard that some hardwares like some kind of mix cards (MATROX [Unknown model]for example) have problem working with AMD athlon 3000+ 64 bit socket 939 & some problems with other hardwares...
Is that true?

Thanks.

Yes, Intel boards will not work with Amd chips, and vice versa.
Other than that, absolutely not. If someone wanted to, they could write a driver to make a device cpu specific, but that would be a really stupid thing to do.
