My Card Doesn't Exist?

So, I can see that the part number is 1024151211530760, but when I try to plug that in to ATI's part number look-up, I get nothing. I tried just putting it into google as well, but I didn't get anything there. Coincidentally, the card doesn't work. What's going on here?

can you easilly take the heatsink off, it will say on the chip under there

How do you know it's even an ATI card?
