A few long days of reading reviews and posts, plus some great feedback from many of you on these forums I think I am ready to purchase.

Planned Usage:
Gaming
Video and Graphics editing and processing

Overclocking:
Not likely, but think I could easily with the stuff I am getting if I ever wanted to.

Here is da list:
Case:
Antec P150

Power Supply:
High Efficiency 430-Watt ATX12V v2.2 Neo HE (Comes with Antec P150)

MB:
Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe

CPU:
AMD OPTERON 170 2.0GHZ DUAL CORE W/1MB X 2 CACHE 90NM 64-BIT

Memory:
2GB OCZ PC-4000 Platinum EB 3-3-2-8 (prob at 3-3-2-7 2.7V 1T)

HD:
WD4000KD (may return for YR version) & WD2500KS (already own both)

Video:
ATI Radeon X800XL PCI-e (already own)

And also list what you plan to do with it.

Yes good point.

At this point I double I will do any serious overclocking, if any at all. However I am still curious what differences you would make if I was planning on OCing.

Usage:
Gaming - mostly strategy and turn based. Currently playing AOE 3 and CIV IV and would like to play most recent games at full bore settings.

Digital Camera RAW images processing. Currently use Adobe CS2 and Digital Photo Professional from Canon.

Mini DV Camera editing and conversion etc. And downloading tv shows and movies from eMule and then converting to dvd or vcd. Currently using things like ArcSoft ShowBiz, TMPGEnc 3.0 XPress and virtual dub

The rest of the stuff any computer can do.

If you want hose games at "full bore" you will need a 7800GT or higher....i know you already have the gpu, but thats just what you need. you can say thats not important enough to buy a new gpu, but thats how it is.

Secondly, since you do a lot fo picture editing, and video editing you might want to consider a simple RADI-0. For games its pretty useless, but for pictures and videos you will have a great advantage because they require huge files and you need to get to them easily.

I would also get a sound card...it will help some of your gaming performance and also give you slightly better sound. for 35-40 you can have one...its not that exspensive

those 3 things are all personal choices.
You arn't building a machine i would use, then again you are doing different things then i do. you should be fairly happy with what you have listed.

btw you should eidt your first post to put NO OC and what you want to do in it.....also list the AMOUNT of ram....1Gb 512x2? or 2Gb 1Gbx2? or what
